PGs— Pros:

• Convenient locations, but with increasing costs (around 15K per month in decent areas).
• Included free amenities like food and services (electricity, parking, water, cleaning, maintenance).

Cons:

• Rising expenses over time.
• Limited privacy and personal space 🛑

Flats— Pros:

• Greater privacy and personal space.
• Flexibility in managing expenses according to personal preferences.

Cons:

• Additional expenses for utilities, groceries, maid services, etc.
• Higher overall costs compared to PGs, often by around 50%.

Despite the increased expenses, transitioning to a flat has provided me with a sense of peace. 🟢
