Pf withdrawl.

Hello all,

I worked in a company for almost 9 years and then joined TCS. So, my previous organisation contribution to pf was last in month of March 23 and then the contribution from TCS started from May 23. I did not do a pf transfer until now. So, I wanted to withdraw my pf as much as possible. Since TCS pf is from a trust I'm not sure what criteria is considered for pf withdrawl. Here are some questions:

1. Is it a good idea to do a pf transfer to TCS and withdraw ? What percentage can I withdraw in that case.

2. I have a gap in employment for one month, which I saw in the criteria for withdrawl in pf portal. So without doing a pf transfer can I request withdrawl ?

If option 1, How easy is the process in TCS and timelines.
