PF withdrawal under medical illness category

Suppose, if we raise a pf partial amount withdrawal request under the medical illness category, do we need to submit any medical documents to get it processed and receive the money or just submitting the request withoutany docs, amount will be credited to our bank account?

Someone, please comment on this? Also, how many days will it take to receive the money?
