Trending @Infosys; PF Withdrawal Query

Hi Folks, Need some info, how to withdraw some pf amount from epfo account, I got to know that we can withdraw using medical option available in epfo website. But ours pf account is in disabled state as our pf acc managed by Infosys trust. How to approach now ? Is there any way to get some money without submitting proofs ?
