PF withdrawal new Rules By EPFO

According to new EPFO rules we can withdraw 100% of the pf amount (employee+employer) with 25% reserved that means 75 % of the amount. In the EPFO portal the balance is zero as TCS handles the PF internally as Trust and we can only withdraw it from Ultimatix through internal process. But the options are not still present as per EPFO rules in Ultimatix. Any idea when will it be provided?
