Pf withdrawal for false reason

I have received a mail stating i have take multiple pf withdrawal for medical reason and there will be inspection for it and i need to submit document.otherwise they will take disciplinary action

My doubt is what disciplinary action will ycs take against me for this

This is a possibility. Because TCS will allow PF withdrwal after some basic sanity checks only.
