You should have filled up all of your details in the PF account.
Make sure father name is also updated.
Link the Adhar card details, update the bank account details

Once all is updated you can withdraw PF electronically with proper options and reason. After 2 to 5 days, after clearing all concerns, amount will come to your linked bank account.

Please raise a query in GPO ticket. They will tell you process in steps. It is easy.
