PF transfer rejected from prev. Org to TCS - No reason found

Hi folks, My DOJ was on 10th Feb 2025. I have submitted PF transfer request on 16th Apr 2025 on EPFO portal from my previous organisation (Unexempted maintained by EPF commissioner) to TCS trust (exempted) after following all the instructions given by TCS HR and PF team. On 30th Apr 2025, I got a text stating that my PF transfer got rejected. Upon checking the status, found the same “Rejected by Field Office” message but with no reason. I’ve raised a grievance on PF Grievance portal asking for the reason of rejection and the corrective action that can be taken to avoid such consequences while submitting for reinitiating PF transfer again. Did anyone have experienced the same before? Or if not, do you have any suggestions what can be done for smooth PF transfer going forward?
