Trending @HCL; PF transfer issue

Hi All,

How to check the PF contribution of HCL in the EPF portal when I click on the passbook it shows an error as the passbook is not available for member-id as it is an exempted establishment trust.

When I tried to transfer my PF from my previous employer Capgemini to Current employer HCL it got rejected by the Field officer stating the reason : 'please provide previous EPS service Annexure K for updation'

Help me understand and resolve the issue.
