PF transfer and separation kit queries

I'm currently in the second month of my notice period and I have received my resignation acceptance mail 2 days back. I'm confused about the next processes like seperation kit and pf transfer.

1. What is separation kit? When will I receive it from TCS? And what all will be included in that?
2. Should I do PF transfer on my own or will TCS transfer my PF account to new company?
3. If I should do PF transfer on my own, should I do it before or after joining the new company?
4. When will the F&F settlement be given?
5. What all docs should I receive from TCS before my LWD?
6. Is TCS's a PF trust? What is the PF account type (exempted, unexempted, excluded)? How and where to check these details?
7. What all areas should I check so I don't have any issues during LWD or in the final settlement?
