PF transfer after leaving TCS

I was released last month from TCS. I have no idea how my PF amount from TCS will be transferred to my current organisation PF account. As far as I know, it will be transferred to my personal account after 6 months if it is not transferred to my current PF account.

Can anyone tell me what the actual process is?

TCS PF is managed by trust. Depending on whether your next organisation has trust managed or epfo managed (non trust) pf, please check the PF transfer procedure in YouTube. Detailed step by step guide is available.
