PF transfer

I joined tcs 5 months back. Now I want to transfer my PF to tcs but when I am logging in epfo portal there I am not getting any options. Can someone please tell me where I will be able to see my current pf account summary and transfer options?

You have to first close previous company accounts in epfo mentioning end dates then you will get the option to transfer it to any new organisation that you will be joining in epfo portal
