Trending @Infosys; PF related, pls reply

Where can we see our Infosys pf amount, when I checked on EPFO portal the member id is different than the PF acc no in my payslip and passbook is also not available and amount is shown as 0. Whom can we contact on this. Anyone pls clarify?!
