Pf related issue

In my first company that was a small startup and i don't have pf but other details I have like experience letter, bank statement. In my second company I have everything. But when I am trying to switch now most of the companies are asking for pf accounts in both of the companies and rejecting for this only. Is there anyone who is facing same issues and please tell me which company will consider this type of issue..
