Pf duration overlap 18 days

I joined my current organisation 12 November 2020 And before that i was working in a company for 2 month only and abscond that for joining a new company . In epfo i checked 18 days overlap Pf duration. Kindly suggest will it create issue BGV issue if yes Please suggest what should i do ?
