PF and from 16 form MNC

I am working with small organisation which doest give PF but they provide Form 16 so even tho I don’t have PF account can i able to join MNC by showing form 16 …companies like Infosys TCS

Yes. PF is not a mandatory aspect anyway. I read that Govt came up with a new law around 2019, where you can choose to avoid being part of pf deduction completely
