PF amount partial withdrawal

Hi

I want to partial withdraw the pf amount for house purchase but in Ultimatix, it's allowing me only a limited amount

Any idea why it's not allowing me.

I don't think while applying put condition purchase of flat or land so it will show max withdrawal limit only some 30-50 less difference are you a lateral joinee?

Yes I am lateral joinee. Joined tcs in apr 2022
