Trending @Cognizant; Personal hearing mail from HR
I got a personal hearing mail by hr and it is scheduled for tomorrow, hr has told to me to submit my explanation letter. Cause for show cause notice was non reporting but i was reporting to the office and due to only one leave they served scn.
What should i write in explanation letter? And is it even worth the effort now if they have already made up their mind to fire me?

Cognizant in past 1 year has been turned into garbage of a company.
As per roaster my office days are X and Y. Unfortunately on Y I had severe diarrhoea ( get medical certificate) hence unable to attend office. Will compensate for this by coming thrice to the office next week.
Get your HM onboard with the show cause notice ( Hopefully he would help in case your performance is good)
