I declined the project opportunity due to my relocation and the reason is my health condition... So hr email me for personal hearing to explain the reason for not accepting the opportunity... And if I do not prove my reason valid so they terminate me Can anyone tell me how I deal with this..

There is only one option to get tagged to the project before you get a termination letter. HR is not going to consider any excuse. Else start looking for a job outside CTS.

Look outside. They want to fire bench people and they can issue SCN even for breathing. So, leave this. It's a wastage of time.
