Which one of them is more important ? Personal goals or professional goals. Well by experience, I would say to look at it as something tactical and strategical.
Keep your professional goals tactical whereas personal goals as strategical. This way both of them would have space in your life.
If it ever occurs that both goals are in conflict then pick up professional goal as they are the stepping stones to your personal goal. Losing professional goal means losing way to personal goal.

I think giving more importance to personal goals is required than professional goal
