Personal emails to managers: a good idea or a recipe for disaster? 🤔

I have extracted the personal email addresses of managers who are recruiting through LinkedIn and I am sending them a personal email. I just want to ask that is it okay to do this.

It is okay, as long as you send just one email. I am assuming that the “personal email” you are talking about, will contain just a request for referral or internship.
