Person target by giving PIP to me!

Hello everyone today i have be targeted by my team lead by taking 2 day sick leave due to which he got ego hurt and complained to HR unwanted reaction and put me in PIP. I am getting harassed by my current organisation. Can you provide me referrals so that i can change my Organisation. It will really help me thanks and regards
