We r having 10 years experience here and still kept at 5.1. U r getting a role that's much higher than your YOE probably cz they wanted to align ur higher salary to the band. 3.3 yrs experience should not have grade higher than 3.2 grade. From career point of view this is excellent progress. At 5.3 you are expected to be able to analyze client requirements and convey to the team, sometimes write requirements documents based on technical analysis, estimate and plan tickets, interact with clients, guide subordinates and lead the team. It's a project lead role which falls in between developers and management. Sometimes it may be a developer role itself. Completely depends on project and client. But 5.3 in most cases should be an experienced person who can own responsibilities of the entire team. If you can do that that's great. All the best to you.

Must say that at your experience, you are getting a more than decent CTC. 5.3 grade means it should be generally above 25 atleast

I am not sure how are you getting a project lead designation with 3.3 YOE.
Usual project lead in the company have anywhere between 8-13 years of experience.

I must say Persistent is far far better than your current org Infosys. I would say it is a very good opportunity you should explore. You are getting the project lead designation (5.3 band) to match your salary. The reason is tech stack people might give you negative vibes the reason is they don't belong to this tech stack. I have the same tech stack and minimum you should get is 30lpa as there is no limit for this tech stack as you have less experience that is I have given you the number as per experience.
