Does anyone able to get permanent work from home without medical reasons or anyone not visiting office and is a continuous defaulter. For those who are continuous defaulter are there any risk on job beyond band and compensation?

Permanent work from home without medical reasons is nearly impossible in TCS. Continuous defaulters risk job security, not just band and compensation. Talk to your Delivery Manager and HR, but don't hold your breath.
