Many people got ping from their manager saying that we need to complete 10 days in the office without leaves and holidays. So if u take leave then it will be reduced from WFH days starting since april 26.

How did you get it?? I have genuine serious medical situation of mother so I have requested wfh and submitted all medical documents but they rejected it saying it is not bring granted based on parents medical condition..what rubbish it is??only self and spouse they will consider. I declared my parents my dependents..I really need help in this matter

I have fought with HR on this even though i personally don’t need it. This is one of the most insensitive policy they have brought in to leave out parents from ambit of immediate / blood relatives . HR didn’t have anyone answer why parents should be considered less important than children or spouse .
