Perks nowadays in Bangalore Startups🤔

I get that companies choose not to mention about salary range on job descriptions. But this is beyond lazy. "nice weather" is not a company perk.

Imagine you see a candidate's resume and it says "nice guy, nice experience and nice attitude". Would you hire him?
