Perks
I'm curious, what kind of perks that a company offers ( WFH, Systems, Leave etc ) are important for you and which aren't and would impact your decision to join a company. I feel I've taken a lot of these things for granted in my career and now that I talk to some of my friends, some of these things do impact your general psyche after joining a company.

WFH, fair leave process/policy

As a perk, definitely flexibility to WFH

A MacBook and wfh

Wfh, unlimited PTO, MacBook magic mouse apple keyboard and monitor for home setup and 20000 to spend on wfh setup

Best perks apart from salary?
I want to understand what are some perks one can ask for or settle for if the salary offered isn't very satisfying but the company and product is good. Consider it's WFO

Need wfh atleast for periods
If not leaves, then wfh should be made mandatory for all companies for women 5 days a month. Even leaves should be given atleast 5 extra in a year, for those bad days. What do you think?
