What are some of the perks or benefits a level 7 (Manager) gets at Accenture which are not there at Level 8.
You can start buying Accenture stock at a 15% discount. (The stock is like a falling comet by the way)
Otherwise, no financial or additional perks except when you travel then you are eligible for a better class of hotels or rooms.
M is considered as an entry executive level so you might get clubbed with SMs for some trainings.
From AM to M, the workload can double as you will manage a bigger team. Also, the scope of work increases from technical management to other dynamics such as budgets, team management etc which generally dilutes your proficiency and skills. It is however unavoidable.
From M to SM, there is more accountability and your head is on the line. You are constantly reviewed and the stress levels drastically go up. You will need good people skills and have to street smart to survive and do well. There are no additional perks apart from visibility to MDs.
At a MD level, you do get a some perks such as stock options and travel.
