Performance Tester

I have been in TCS for 4.6years and now I am planning to switch. But I hardly get the chance of any interview because of the 90days notice period. I am planning to resign and then search for an offer in those 90days.

Does this sound good or shall I first try to get an offer and then resign? I did have been trying to get an offer for last 2months, but the 90days notice period becomes an issue.
