Trending @Infosys; Performance Review Cycle

Hi folks, This is my first time review cycle in Infy, I joined last year July, from that time till now I was actively working on a project for only 6 months but I did well in the project with new idea Implementations and Was much capable with tasks as my seniors there, while 5 months went like being in training code and some in production code with learning new skills when at the stage they didn't give any work and 1 month in bench period. Most importantly my manager when I was working in the project won't approve my quarterly checkin also even after asking multiple times so considering the less time of active work in a project and my manager not responding on this How do I deal with this scenario so that I won't be affected with any low ratings or any negative impact. Any advice please do share
