Trending @Infosys; Performance review call with manager and need help Regarding Notice period

Hey guys,

Just got a call from my manager about performance review . She said "you haven't received any good comments from either onshore or offshore but luckily we are giving you met expectation. Try to improve your performance in the coming months". This is my first time working for an MNC but I gave them my all, not a single escalation, did my tasks diligently, completed every work assigned to me on time and even got some praise from my onshore TL for proposing some ideas but my manager says "luckily got met expectation". I didn't bother to raise my concern and dissatisfaction for the rating but I was already planning to leave for higher studies in ireland.

I just wanna know if this is how it usually goes ? I did so much work with zero hikes and didnt get the recent salary correction hike even after being eligible for it... it just hurts a bit🥲🥲

Also it would be great if someone could let me know on how to initiate notice period .
