I have received rating as NA as I was on ML from Dec'23-sep'24. Will I be eligible for hike? Is this rating justifiable

10 months out of 12 you were on leave . So how do expect rating ? I think you will still be Elihible for hike but it will be minimal and less than what Met expectations folks will egt

But hikes are eligible for rating we receive for 2022-2023 right?

Not sure about it since ratings are for the previous cycle. . But you can still ask your Manager regarding the ratings that you got now.
