My manager told i will not be getting any hike or vp is that means I have put to pip if yes how will I get to know

Ask the reason. Looks like you have identified for the PIP. If you are in project and chargeable you should get the VP. It is your CTC money

I am in project and my chargeablity is 100% but still they are saying we have identified the some key areas where you need to improve we will work on that and no vp and hike they told

Then they have already nominated you for PiP in last cycle.. HR may initiate the PIP tasks , you need to clear them to stay here.
