Performance Pay

Hi All,

We will see how performance pay gets deducted in the next salary. But a simple calculation- If performance pay is lesser than the actual cost incurred by going to office not to consider the mental stress ,it is better to wfh rather than wfo.

Let's say if performance pay is actually higher then deduct the performance pay and calculate your tax using a tax calculator then see if the actual tax saved is better than getting the performance pay.You go to office to get the payment and inturn pay the tax .

Now the only problem here is if hr or manager interfere and say some bs rule to fire us.Or else if we can just manage by then this helps until we can find another job.
