Performance Pay Cut.

My Q2,25 WFO Index is 82%, and it is coming as Red in color. will they cut my performance pay this quarter.. if yes, how much they will cut? my performance pay is 6K.

Less than 60% attendance: you'll get 0% variable pay. 60% to 75% attendance: you'll get 50% of variable pay. 75% to 80% attendance: you'll get 75% of variable pay. Over 85% attendance: you'll get 100% of variable pay.

No.. last quarter i had only 79% .. received full performance pay .. I compared it with my friend ..
