Performance pay/bonus resumption

My performance pay & performance bonus have been taken off in the last compensation letter released post appraisal cycle.

I had received D band due to RTO less than 60% hence compensation was revised.

I have RTO more than 85% in each quarter post that instance.

Will my performance pay & performance bonus be re-instated?
