Came to know a friend of mine got performance pay last dec when he was completely in bench. Till date. His people lead made a call and said your manager has given so on so rating and it will be reflected on the portal. how can someone give a rating on a bench. seriously? and some person has worked hard in a project and just because the manager didnt like that person gave 0% and 0rs performance pay.

Person A must got his hike because his rating in previous project. For person B there must be constraint budget in DU/project.
Plus many ppl got promotion& hike despite mail from leadership

Person A is new joiner to Accenture and Person B it’s me only so I’m sure not budget constraints as we were doing good with client feedback’s.
