Performance Improvements (Plan PIP)

This is my first anniversary rating in TCS and I have been told by my manager that we are putting you in the PIP to improve your performance rather than.

I'm working in TCS ITIS unit with service desk profile, I have done B.Tech(IT) and completed training in Python.

I was allocated first in Banking Project and I was happy, but in this project manager removed 4 freshers joined with me within 25 days and later on I got allocation in ITIS in July last year.

Since then I'm working in ITIS project, and current manager has told that we are putting you in PIP, I have discussed with manager to release from service desk project but denied this.

I don't have any idea what will happen next and how to get out of PIP.
