Sorry to say that but IP candidates are not generally not allowed back. Only way to get in if an MD gives an approval. Which is very rare

When I say IP Candidates are not allowed I mean that IP candidate that are asked to resign. If IP is cleared and then you resign then there is no issue

May I know what basis...you moved into PIP... Based on mycompetency or some other parameters
