Can anyone let me know what will happen if I not clear pip.The hr gave me either option to resign or go for pip .They said they will mention in my experience letter that I was terminated due to performance issue.Can any senior person help me out here .They are kind of pressuring me to resign.
That's totally depends upon your manager and the Hr is assigned to you and the goals that you got..
As per my opinion no one will give a letter as terminated, bcz it will ruin their firm
Ok.Can you please ask her regarding any impact on experience letter or background check in future if not able to pass pip
I'm also in PIP but HR didn't say this she just gave me option either to proceed with PIP or let us know if you don't proceed I asked what will happen if I disagree but she didn't give clarity on that just said that is different procedure this call will proceed if you agree to PIP, so I agreed as I wanted to give it a chance.
