I just got put on PIP, and i've got 4 tasks for each week, if i resign in between my PIP in any week, will i still have a notice period of 30 days or is it immediate termination as i am already on PIP.? and can i rejoin accenture after 6 months, considering the above situation.?
How u got so early? Is it for previous cycle or current?
Current cycle , Ever since i joined the Project they have been trying to kick me out without any reason, and now they put me on PIP, my seniors are very rude and not at all helpful.
See if u can pass it. Otherwise negotiate well with 3 months serverance. Don't resign. Resign post PIP. Immediate release 3 months serversnce and u can immediate join other company as everyone nowdays look for immediate joiners or 30 day notice.
Your notice period will be 3 months only, but as you're in PIP they'll release you early too.
Rejoining won't be affected if you pass the interview but rules change here at anytime
