Performance deduction from salary

I have been working in tcs since last year.They have decreased my salary if I compare it to last year. They are not including the 3 months performance pay. Whom should I contact? Has any one facing the same issue

If you compare the payslip of March and april.there is a section called protected annual tax information

Chill buddy. Projected pay information does not consider any QVA. That does not mean your salary this year will be less than the last.

Performance bonus that we get quarterly totally depends on tcs and ur unit performance and based on that it will be given....also monthly variable pay u will get for sure if u allocated to some project
