What's the performance Cycle at Accenture..is it not September to August now....can anyone explain in detail.

Sept to Feb - Performance Cycle 1 (For these 6 months we will get a bonus in May) March to August - Performance Cycle 2 (For another 6 months we will get a bonus in November)
So if someone joins in between the cycle they will be paid for these many months only till the cycle ends.
