I joined infosys dec 2024 and received bonus today along with salary. The bonus seems to be very low. Can someone confirm if the bonus I received is only for Dec month. (based on Q3 payouts ) or is this for whole 3 months (dec-jan-feb) ?

Got it,thanks guys Also I did not received full amount of PB.(expected) Does this depends on any factors that we have control over ? What is the avg % PB I will get thru out the year ?

You would have got a performance bonus letter mentioning the percentage

PB is for the month Oct to Dec 2024. Since you joined in Dec, you got it accordingly
