What are the parameters taken into account for giving a performance bonus at infy. Got a 72% it js my first time. Joined at sept got this for Q2. So if anyone can help with the factors taken into account.

Since you are on the probation period you will be getting this much PB. Once your confirmation is done, you will be assigned a performance rating. Based on your rating and unit performance your PB will be decided for the next quarter.
