Open infyme--> goto profile --> Go to financial --> click on My total rewards hub-->Click on cash compansation--> enable mask view competition--> then scrolldown under performance bonus you can see amount under Q2 2026

FYI, The performance Bonus/ variable pay is not some extra bonus outside of salary.

This is part of salary they hold and pay based on company and individual performance for Jl4 and above job level

Jl3 and below will have fixed pay so No
