For performance bonus we got the organisation level percentage as mail.And I got less compared to hat percentage for a particular rating. When I raised ticket they told it's upto manager or unit
I have a doubt ....Does manager say usually like give more to this resource,give less to this resource? Like for each resource manager decides the specific percentage????

Depending on how strong a bond a manager has with his DM. He can influence some addition % for his reportees. Not all reportees only someone whom he wants to give extra to keep happy, retain, show appreciation , gratitude. This will only be for handful of people as whatever is increased for these guys have to be reduced from others. DM will typically do for 5-10% under his span, with or without the inputs from his PMs depending on the visibility of the said person

Manager doesnt play any role her. Its DM plays key role. Variable pay depending upon unit performance and your rating!!

Manager can rate you and pass a feedback over to his/her manager. I don't know of any option they have to influence the %

Ratings

Its a decision made by DM. Not everyone will get the same % of pay, depends on you performance as well.
