Thats the problem with payroll in India. It is with every company. Not sure why they call it BONUS whereas it is part of CTC. Bonus should not be part of CTC. It should be mentioned as extra to CTC

try to escalate it.... send an email with all the members from ur project's org chain n HR chain.
