Hello guys., I am working as SSE joined at Jan 2022. I am currently in a project. Is performance bonus is eligible for me JL3 ? I got a mail like its eligible from JL4. Can anyone explain ?

First of all its not a performance bonus. It's called variable pay which is paid quarterly and part of CTC only.

And yes , it's applicable from JL4 onwards.
