Trending @HCL; Performance bonus in notice
Hi, I worked at HCL, and my last working day was Friday, 6th June. According to the company's bonus policy, I am eligible for the bonus for the period I have worked.
However, upon receiving my Full and Final Settlement letter today, I noticed that the bonus amount is not mentioned. is the bonus will be credited separately at a later time?
What was the ratings you got last year. They would have changed the ratings to TP during calibration phase just to save some other existing employee and your bonus would have gone for the toss. This is one possibility
Hi yes HR told me that your rating is TP. Then I am taking a follow up with them but not replying. Please advise me if you know any solution. Thanks in advance.
I am not sure dude. But tp ratings may or may not get bonus is wat I know. So hr can reply like for tp you will not get bonus

If you have a screen shot of your rating. Then you can sue….if you are ready for a legal battle. Else forget your bonus amount.
Check ones F&F is completed
Keep on mailing them and calling them
